Love Is In The House
Here’s a sweet way to practice fact families! Students will have a great time coloring and creating their fact family valentine houses! This is a relaxing activity that incorporates fun practice to reinforce those fact family skills. These are also editable so you can have your students work on addition and subtraction facts or multiplication and division!
Math is Off the ‘CHEARTS’
You’ll love these interactive games where students can practice TONS of different math skills with a fun Valentine theme! Check out these different math games that cover addition, subtraction, fact families, missing addend, and mixed practice! Your students will absolutely love these math board games that will have them rolling dice, covering spaces, spinning, and recording! The best part is that these games are easy, no prep, and ready to print!
Let the Love Notes ‘Penguin’
Waddle your students write for this one?! Student’s will truly cherish constructing their adorable penguins and writing a beautiful piece to someone they love. This writing pack includes a brainstorming sheet, drafting paper, several different penguin themed prompts, and so much more! Let your littles express their love in a BRRilliantly fun way!!
Vowels for Valentines
Students will have a blast getting a little competitive while playing bump, a fun game where students can knock each other off the board if their short or long vowel word has already been covered up. Do you have kids that love puzzles? Have them restore these broken hearts by matching the short and long vowel pieces together with their correct spelling! No matter what game they like, they are sure to master this skill AND have all kinds of lovey dovey fun!

Sweetheart Sight Words
This activity let’s our little learners build the sweetest little words that you could just eat up (no, seriously, who doesn’t love those conversation hearts?!). Before the sugar rush, help students master those important high frequency words with this fun building game! Committing those sight words, heart words, or other “non-decodable” words to memory are crucial for students while reading. Mastering these can really help with fluency, prosody and overall comprehension.
With this activity, students will LOVE practicing spelling, reading, and mastering all kinds of important words with these lovely hearts. Kids will grab a heart box,, read the word, and get to constructing their hearts to correctly spell the word. This activity includes FRY’s First 100 Words AND a bonus editable version for you to add your own words!
